It's also an hotel with available rooms whereas the others are fully booked. Maybe the main reason is their policy...

Yes it was a mistake. It is B 960.
I styaed there for four days. They ask for B 800 Joiner fee. However, I charged all the joiner fees to my Businsess Platinum MC and on each slip I put a note
"Charge for 2nd person in a double booked room".

Now I have disputed all those charges after coming to the USA.
