The Royal President charges a daily fee (100-200 baht) for Internet in the room. They say "in room Internet" not "free in-room Internet". At least this has always been the case in the past, you should verify this before making a booking.
Grottino in-room Internet is wired and is free.

I just made the booking online and it says on the confirmation page:
"Complimentary unlimited in-room Internet access"
So yeah, will push this if they try and charge. Otherwise a couple of hundred baht ain't too bad.
