I plan to use them later this year. It looks like most of the above posters are confusing Dynasty Grande which is on the road between Soi 4 and 6 with Dynasty Inn which is on Soi 4 just past NEP. From the looks of the hotel and reviews it seems actually to me a very good value for the money. BTW I would book now if you want a cheaper price. I did

The room was pretty good. They have a separate shower and tub, so the bathroom is pretty large. The gym is excellent, it looked like no one has ever touched the weights. Both times of looking not even one person in there. There is a pool, but I'm not a pool guy so I didn't visit. I paid the low season price in high season, so I would say it is OK for the price, if you want to workout and or a pool. If just mongering I think you can find a bed with most of those room ameneties for cheaper.
One thing I did notice is on two occasions I got bit by fleas in 9 days. I let the hotel know about it.

Hy Folks,
i am currently at the Dynasty Inn Grande and was really surprised from the hotel. Rooms are big with huge bathroom. Internet for free by cable. Also very comfortable beds and a good gym in hotel. Reasonably priced room service. And of course girl friendly at all. Had no problems with my girls to come in. Would recommend this property to all not minding he last baht. Payed 2200 for a room. Compared to Grottino it s bigger, better equipped and has a gym. Great for me.

That's a good sign. Prices are down. From memory the opening price was 1800 then quickly to 2300 then last I heard was 2800. Seems they are reacting to the slow period.

you must pass through the lobby with your girl and they take her ID. But as the lobby is always empty there is no walk of shame I would say. I did not found any other open entrance to the hotel than this.
There is one from the parking lot but door is always locked.
