Not really a hotel, but a nice serviced apartment a block off Soi 4 for 11000bt a month with internet, and electric at 6bt a unit, with water at 300bt a month, named the Alta House. Plenty of space with a huge bathroom, 3 in the shower with room to spare, also no varience in the hot water, it didn't go from hot to cold to hot like most do, and a king size bed, with a small couch. Room service twice a week. A big fridge, microwave, hotwater pot, and plenty of dishes. Very girl friendly even for multiples. The guard took IDs if I told the girl she had to leave her ID, if I didn't say anything to her, the guard was also not concerned. A very convenient arrangement with my regulars. A block away from a motortaxi stand, and regular taxis. The view from the top 8th floor was good, at least 2 floors above the rest of the apartments in the area so modesty wasn't an issue with the curtains open.
I rented from Amazingproperties.com from Gerwin. A very honest agent, with no hidden costs. He was very accurate in the description of the property, and I would not hesitate from using him again. His price was cheaper than their website, with no reduction of services because of the cheaper price.
1000bt was the most I spent on any girl, even from soi cowboy. with most at 500bt, and 3 for free because they'd seen me on Thai TV during the demonstrations, and wanted to take care of me. I still kick myself for turning down the one from Rainbow 4 that wanted to take me home LT for free because she saw me on TV.

... President Solitaire... this one has fallen from the radar for a good long while, but worth a revisit.

... get this... the Solitaire Suite is 80 metres2!... no empty space, it is very nicely renovated... hardwood floors (not veneer), kitchenette, free Wifi, 42" screen plasma TV, separate sitting area (or, dogging area if you are a bend 'em over a couch kinda guy), so-so gym, great little pool, four-poster bed (for her to hold onto when you bring the rodeo indoors), coffered ceilings, shower and tub... take a look at this place... http://www.presidentsolitaire.com/rooms.html
... guest friendly... located at the end of Soi 11, about 500 metres from Nana BTS, with a free shuttle tuk-tuk available around-the-clock... proximate to a good selection of restaurants, and the lower Sukhumvit adult entertainment venues... buffet breakfast is a B/B+ (but, I am not here for eggs and bacon).
... locally owned, and operated by a very attentive staff at an international 4-star/local 5-star level... except for sending my hard-boiled eggs back 2 times before the chef understood "hard", I've no complaints.
... recommended... definately, recommended.
... also, they have lower rates, in the low-mid THB 2,000's for standard rooms, none of which are smaller than 50 metres2, but not as nicely renovated.
