I have visited this hotel.
Booked through Tim ( here ), and at 1600 baht incl. breakfest and fast internet it is a real bargain.
Great rooms. Kind of small (25 sqm), but space well used. Brand new, nice to sleep in a bed that not half of the male population in Britain has f***ed in.
Fantastic location: Just off sukhumvit, so not noisy, Soi Cowboy is just across the street, Toxic a stone throw away (that can be both good and bad) and the skybridge to BTS is just around the corner.
Comfy bed (on the hard side, I like that), quality duvet. Brand new 32 inch LCD tv, good selection of channels. Fast and free internet. Its a little bit of a hassle to get a new password every day, though...
Nice touch with the glass into the bathroom, my girl made a little show for me before she figured out there was a drape she could pull.
Good lighing in room, but a little but too much of it. If I could suggest one simple improvement it would be to put a permanent dimmer on the light above the bed, to get that romantic touch...
Breakfest is basic american style (eggs, eggs or eggs). I had some scrambled eggs with bacon. The eggs could have used some salt and the bacon should have stayd in the pan for some more minutes (bacon should be crisp). But I'm not a breakfest guy, so I do not care.
There is a small jacuzzi style swimming pool in the hotel. Nice one, but indoors, so no sun.
All in all: Highly recommended.

I'm booked for 13 nights in October though Tim website, great site by the way Tim. I'm going to Pattaya for about 4-5 days and I'm leaving most of my luggage in the room. It should be fine, right?
