if you looking for after 02:00 am fun here is another option. as pinga already pionted out: barfine or/and make arrangements with some girls to meet you after 02:00 am in grace hotel or at least get their phone numbers to call them. may be you are lucky and they are still available.
once you meet these girls in grace you can easily check the scene there and in case you do not find anything more to your liking you just vanish with one of the girls you lined up beforehand!
warning: this strategy does require some diplomatic skills and some 'taxi money' ready as you might upset some girls, as soon as they realize that you have somebody else waiting for you already!

Yes. I forgot who said it, but one member said that he did it next to the statue in the swimming pool area.
I had a buddy that did it in the main bathroom next to the lobby elevators. Of course it was late at night, but we still had to stand at the bathroom door anyways, so that others could not go in!! ha ha ha!! I know. His room was only an elevator ride away. first of all there is the "little black book". whatever cutie, try to get her mobile number.
second, there are a couple fo places in patpong. try kings ball, above KFC, patpong 2. pool tables, lots of
