Has anyone stayed at the Bangkok Suite ( http://www.bangkoksuite.com ) and can tell me if it is Guest friendly. I need a place to stay away from my usual hotels and this looks ok.
I stayed there a few weeks ago. Unfortunately I did not try to bring anyone back, therefore I do not have the answer that you are looking for. Anyway, I guess there is no harm to post my comment here.
(1) The hotel staff are not very well trained. Some are even a bit too rude to be in service industry
(2) But the price is attractive and the room is OK.
(3) I booked a double room, which is supposed to be 700Baht per night. I do not know why they only charge me single room rate when I check out. Probably they do not look at the reservation slip and they just make their own decision by seeing how many guests standing in front of them during check-in.
(4) OK I do not see any sign on the front desk saying how much will be charged for overniht guest. (Some hotels do). This is a good beginning.
