As I have a condo and a full time g/f, I have been using a lot of short time hotels..
Beginning to think I might be better off with a room somewhere near BTS/MRT on a monthly basis..
I know there are some obvious places like Miami/Star/ etc
but anyone know of any others that are perhaps nicer, less well known, etc.
Obviously they have to be guest friendly..

just behind Tulip Massage at thong lor BTS is an apartment block that is reasonably priced, perfect for what you want.
Entrance next to the fancy hair salon.

Good call, Yurune. So long as Oaktoad would be up for a one year lease the Sutthi Mansion would be a great option at roughly Bt 7,400+/- to 18,600. I don't know what the rooms themselves look like, but the price and location is tough to beat. Their phone is 0-2381-4390 and office hours: 8AM-7PM.

Assuming that you will need to bang your GF at least twice a week, how many times a week do you need this place for other activities?
If you only need it once or twice a week, how about just renting a room as needed at the Honey Hotel on soi 19 (or other appropriate place) ?

Ehhh what? A good ST hotel will cost about 300 B. Assuming you need *it* twice a week, you'll spend like 2400 B. per month. You won't get anything acceptable for that money.
Or are you LY in disguise and you need *it* 2 times per day? Then you would spend 600 per day, minus the 2 days where you bang your TGF in your condo, and the 3 days per week where you bang all your geeks in their homes and again you are down to 2 days per week with 600 each makes it 1200 per week and like 4800 per month... that could be enough for a very cheep apartment...
I have visited the ground-floor-drive-inn-love-suites of the Playboy Hotel, subsoi of soi 3 recently... Very funny but nice indeed. A circular bed surrounded circular wall to wall by mirrors and the ceiling with mirror as well... kept me searching for the right angle all the time... Kinda funny: at certain positions on the bed in all the mirrors you see... nothing!

2 times a day, that's a laugh
with the 3 hours alotted I could get my daily intake in one sitting, and it's not a lousy two times
unless I was doing some Tantra practice and made two sessions last for 3 hours, 555
