yo guys,
I just saw this ad on Craigslist and thought I would share...seems like a good deal for the price...I would assume no maid service is the biggest draw back when you are on vacation...

The weekly rate (which attracted me) seems very reasonable for the the room/location...
Its CL so the link may not work for more than a few days but I am wanted to post in case it appealed to any of you guys....I might give it a test run on my next trip as I kinda like the apartment feel on stays longer than a couple days....

Just a quick update on this guys..
I emailed yesterday after posting this and the lady emailed me back and said if I need a maid, a ride from the airport to let her know...sure its will be extra but for $30 a night this place looks legit...
I will give a review after my trip,

A ride from the airport? Is the cleaning lady arriving by plane form Esarn?
I guess the reception staff also knows ladies who can clean up your mess for a fee... If you're prepared to spend money, there's always somebody who likes to have it.... nearby that is.

No clue and I really dont need either...just posting what the email reply I recieved was (in a quick manner I will add)...
As I said, I will give a report after my weeks stay in a couple months...but $30 a night with a gym sums it up for me...

The owner may also be available for rent by the night/week/month? Her email and hence nick is bibi_petite... and her picture I assume is posted on that site... hummm not bad... make sure the report includes all the extras... and prices! LOL
I would still like a hotel room assuming such are better serviced and cleaned. Bath looks nice but... how do I know if the cleaning has been done well after the previous guest left... (bed, towels, sheets...). Another issue is the ambiance.... a hotel is a hotel... a studio in a building just does not feel right... although indeed it looks nice. Will go to the Manhathan even if needed and pay a bit more (but includes breaky, pool, service, phone, internet and more).
