The Rose Hotel used to be a dump (at least from outside) now it seems it has been transformed with new rooms and high class (and prices around 1600 bhat an up) : http://www.rosehotelbkk.com Any other info? It has a nice location and could be a good change to the Suk places from time to time, providing the usual is met... reports anyone?
