Hi guys
I will be staying at Grand Millennium Sukhumvit Hotel end of april for three nights.
Anyone stayed there ?
I have a few questions:
I have booked a room for two (145us dollar), anyone tried to bring a girl back to the room ?
How is the spa, prices etc.

Haven't been there since Nov., shortly after it opened. I brought girls back almost every night, and ALL of the staff greeted us with a smile.
It's a beautiful hotel, a few hundred feet away from Soi Cowboy and a short BTS ride (or walk) to Nana.
I plan to be there April 13-22, but have not yet made the reservation.

I picked up a client last month.
The walk of shame is very short... actually the counter is next to the entrance and the elevators are directly to the right...

Can anyone give any info on the pool in this hotel. I can't seem to find any info on the hotel website. I would like to know if it gets direct sunlight ? Also, do people think it is a better hotel than the Conrad ?

I've never stayed at the Conrad, but I can tell you for a fact that the Grand Millennium is a beautiful, classy place. It would be hard to beat, plus it's so close to SC.
It's still one of the newest hotels in the Suk area. I was there for the grand opening and really had a great time.
Regarding JW & Landmark, I like both of them, but both are showing their age in places. They can keep their prices high, because so many businessmen are loyal customers. We tourists top it off to keep them full, but IMO are definitely in the minority.
What worries me is that I don't know if GM is still girl friendly. Does anyone know?
