I will stay at the Rembrandt Hotel in Bangkok in the beginning of April at Suk. road. What is there policy regarding guests? What are thr rules to bring in a Thai woman over night?
I booked a double at rembrandt a week ago for 4 nights. When I got there from USA they wanted a name of a secound person. They kept insisting that I give the name of the person that would be staying with me. Later I brought back to the hotel a girl that had no ID and they would not let her in my room. I barfined this girl from SC thinking all the girls that work there need to have ID to work, some do not so check her out before you take to the hotel. The night before I took the same girl to the JW Marriott without any problem or ID check. I will never stay at this hotel again, even the hotel staff except for one maid were very rude in my opinion. Many tour buses and groups of people frequent this hotel. I never did try to bring back another girl cause I think they would have given me problem with or witout ID card. My trip to Thailand was going great til I got to Rembrandt. Maybe they just did not like my looks.... Good luck to you.
