If you had posed the question in the same thread as the rest of the questions about the hotel, it would keep all the information about the hotel together.
I can tell you are a sensitive guy, so I answered fairly politely to keep you from being flamed. 
First of all, that thread is the proper place for that question, the thread is easy to find as it was replied to yesterday, and is near to the top of the list of topics for that section.
Secondly, the first post in the thread has a link to the hotel site, which has a map as well as some text as to how far it is from Sukhumvit.
Lastly, the 6th post in the thread also has some information about location.
Good luck (see how polite I still am).

Admiral Suites is just south of Jade Pavilion Hotel, if that helps any (same side of Soi 22). Jade Pavilion Hotel is just south of Queens Park Hotel (opposite side of Soi 22).
It is not far from Sukhumvit, but it is not an easy walk if you have a disability. The sidewalks on the soi are very crowded and one will find they have to go up and down the curb many times (sometimes onto the street). Most times I am walking to the Emporium (or the BTS Stop there at Soi 24), so I cut through Washington Square, which is also not easy to navigate on foot for someone with a disability.
If Thailand had disability access laws like the US, they would have to tear down the entire city and start over.
