Went there a few weekends ago.
Music was awful and the DJ's we up their own arses.
It's more like a western styled bar than a Thai disco. Drinks are pricey but the cocktails were good. Food was so so.
Mixed crowd, a lot of the people there rate themselves too highly, but a few cuties there. Some definitely very up for it.
My friend and I got smashed, hooked up with a couple of girls and celebrated by finishing a bottle of Chivas and then waking up feeling so bad at their apartment so it must be possible to pick up there.

Bed seems to be inhabited these days mainly by Farang Tourists, and not such a large percentage of Thai people. I would say 70-80% Farang. Good place to find Farang bitches if that is your style.

The weather was crappy all over Thailand so decieded to stay in Bangers and head over to Bed last night.
Theyve clearly got a new resident DJ cause the music was much better. Instead of playing that fall asleep gay house he was playing uplifiting tencho house had the crowd rocking. Problem was the crowd was all farng guys - lucky I was with my girlfriiend.
Ive been noticing in the last few months most of the clubs Ive been going to have been 1 big sausage fest. Perhaps that ever ending supply of Thai Lady has been exhauseted! Bit like comex copper.

Head to RCA mate. I agree with you that Bed and Qbar are quite played out, and always packing way too many Male Farang tourists.
That is probably why I have not been to either in a long time, and like drinking at GLOW. At least if I am there to drink, I have some room to move, and breathe. I also am never short of further activities after being there. If you are Tourist, your plan may have to alter.
