Been to CM2 last Thursday and have to say that I am in complete agreement with the most recent posts by Baquawn, Ftumch, etc.
Discos are not my thing, but I was looking for a place that had stunners (9s and 10s) so I came with high expectations. These did not materialize.
I have not seen any 10s - at all. Not one girl that I looked at and said, "I've got to have her". 9s are far and few in between. Sure, I've seen a number of cuties, but nothing that you can't find on the lower sois of Sukhumvit.
A special corner reserved for Farang hookers; mostly Russian and a few from Paraguay. The Russians, for the most part, are ghastly creatures charging yet ghastlier prices; a guy beside me was quoted B6000 for a LT with one of them. For this kind of money, you can have a Penthouse model at Poseidon, for God's sake. Admittedly, the duo from Paraguay was attractive, but I am not here to f*** Farangs.
As was mentioned by other posters above, the crowd that lusts for the Farangs is just as bad, if not worse.
To add insult to injury, they were playing rap or hip-hop - maybe both, I really can't tell the difference. We all have our tastes in music, but the "gangsta" music was not adding much to the ambience.
I spent 45 minutes there, making a few circles and observing the scene, and then called it quits. This place gets a "failed" grade in my books.
IMHO.

Sorry to hear everyone's having such a bad time at CM2. From what I gather, my experiences have been different to just about everyone else who's posted here recently. I'm puzzled.
I've been going to CM2 on and off for about two and a half years. IMO it's changed very little. The last time I went was 3 weeks ago when I met an absolutely stunning 22 year old with great attitude - one of the best girls I've ever had. The Russian (although I think they're mostly Ukrainian) hookers have always been part of the scenery. Yes, they look quite scary, especially around a full moon. But they're not as ugly as some of the guys trawling round. I don't see why this has anything to do with people's perception of the place.
For sure, some nights are better than others. But despite what I read on this forum I keep coming back and seem to enjoy myself. I can think of a only a few occasions when I've left without meeting anyone worthwhile and my success rate is reasonably high with gorgeous creatures that I'd squarely place in the 8-9 category. I'd say the overall quality of girls at CM2 is pretty average but, with few exceptions, there's always some hot chicks that really stand out.
I've never handed out questionnaires or done a survey, but I'd guess about 90% are hookers, either hardcore or part-time. This means about 10% are not. They're just normal Thai girls out with friends to have a good time. I've met two really nice non-working girls here - one I still keep in touch with.
If you think you can walk into CM2 at 1:30 and walk out half an hour later with a great catch, you'll be disappointed. Yours are the leftovers. That's because all the best girls are already heading home in a taxi with guys like me - guys that bothered to invest a couple of hours in the place and arrived early. There's usually a big influx of freelancers after 1:00. But guess where they've just come from?
I've overheard guys talking to girls here and within the first few sentences they're asking "How much?" Big mistake! Next thing I see the girl makes a nasty gesture and she walks away. Now this is Bangkok and we're talking about hookers. You don't need to be an accomplished PUA but a little game does go a long way, particularly with the better looking girls.
When talking to a girl for the first time I'll always pretend she's non-working, even if I'm sure she is. This is very important. If we click, that's great. I'll have a fun time with her either standing around drinking or larking about on the dance floor where I can start touching her. If we don't click, I'll move on quickly and find another.
I'll keep the pretence up right to the end when I'm ready to leave and invite her home with me. Then she'll probably say, "I'm working". I'll feign surprise and say, "3K. Mai mii bpan-haa. What time you leave in the morning?"
She's been with me for a couple of hours already. We've had fun. She likes me, or pretends to. She doesn't want to start all over again with another guy.
I never negotiate. I never pay more. And I've only been turned down once by a goddess who stuck to her guns and wanted 4K. Good for her. I'm sure she would have been worth every baht.
I'm glad this place is getting a bad press - makes life easier for me.

TT, your post is spot on. Actually, my success rate at CM2 is near 100%. Like you said, you need to spend a few hours there to scout out the place. Girls come, girls go. I have had the worst being a 8 from CM2. I have scored a 10 there, but she was a part timer and did not want to go with me right away the first night. Had to invite her out the second night, wine and dine and clubbing before we headed back to my place. A night I will always remember. I have had maybe 3 10's in my life. But she was the first from bKK.

CM2 is just a place for overprices BG with nice clothings. The the price for a dressed nana girl goes up to 5000 THB sometime just beucase she is in Cm2. But its lot of people every night
