I wouldn't call it worried champ, but stating my own personal opinion. Sure you could go in and have a good time, even if it cost you 3000 baht worth of drinks for a night, however, all i'm saying is that 300 baht for a Heineken is friggin steep in BKK. Do it regualrly and your average punter would file for bankruptcy. Place packed, but no probs getting a drink.
I'm from Sydney, probably the most expensive city down under and I have never paid $10 (equates to 300 baht) for a beer even in clubs like the Establishement, Pontoon Bar, Soho bar (for those familiar with Sydney bars/clubs).
As for the girls, no doubt, higher priced, especially the ruskies. However depending on the guy, and you do seem like an experienced Bkk'er, you know you could walk out of there with one under your arm for free, given you have alittle time to play with.
If guys dont mind paying 4K in here, kudos to them, but the same could be had elsewhere for half or less.
I had one in there who I would rate a 7 - 8, started at 4k, got her down to 2k, and still didn't take her.
Other than that, IMHO, I like the place, as I do most bars, but way over-rated, and drinks are pricey (at least when I was there)
Would I go there again, yeah for sure.... its a once a fortnight place at best though.

I remember beer prices at 150 not 300? 300 would equate to $8 US or 5 pounds. Does not sound right.
What is the going rate for short-term in CM2?
When did u last go?? I can assure you back in December last year they weren't 150.

have to agree with the Sydney person Maco. This is Bangkok, drinks should be cheaper and for the person that pays high price, it is you that keep the prices up, demand they bring them down a fraction.
At home I am paying no more than US$6 and that is expensive, go to Bangkok and your paying the same. Just makes no sense.

I am long been a NO NO to CM2 Since it got invaded by Nana girls in Long dresses about 4 years ago. Before then you could actully find a normal girl looking for some farang action there. But after the police crack down on NANA all the "good looking" girls ran over to CM2 and after that the Russians (actully there is very few russians working as hookers most are from some other country) I went there last saturday and we bought a Bottle I would say most people do beucase of the 550 THB to go inside its cheaper to get a bottle. Sure the hookers were still there and the Russians to the left near the toliet with all the Arabs. But the place has got loads of new big money spender and I think I will give it another go or as long as the bottle gives me free entrance

Where do u live? U're sure u're talking abt a night club or comparing with your local pub- when your comparison wouldn't have much sense?? Out here in Paris we pay up to 25$ per drink in trendy clubs or strip bars. Hence 6 bucks does still look quite cheap.

Taking some chinese bird chatted on the net to one of the hippest club tomorrow for dinner and dancing, she's all excited it seems and might already be lining up all the items of a full blown sponsorhip... six bucks might be enough for the coffee... Last time I picked a chinese from that website she'd sent me loads of professional pics from when she apparently was a model...Real long time ago it seemed.. I agree, the place is packed with ladies, well laid out but for anyone who is use to paying 100baht for their drinks, just bring extra cash, as the drinks are pricey.
For those who think they are not, then you either get through a night with only one or two & don't feel it, or you have pretty deep pockets & more to you.

Stopped in this place after never going for the past 3 months at least. Surprisingly it was about half full between 1-2am. The same steely-eyed killers with that 1000+ dick stare. The place was pretty empty. I left after about 30 mins.
I honestly think that if you are looking for a decent P4P girl, you would be much better off elsewhere. Those girls have lost any kinda reality.

"that 1000+ dick stare" I like that one! was in CM2 2night and thought it sucked, it was like going out and trying to f*** an older sister...with a mix smell of silicone, rice field and cheap perfume... boring... escaped twice to go to Nana just to confirm that at this period of the year Europe is better...better weather and lots of asian chicks available when u have a few spare bucks or a decent social situation to show off... a real shame to fly all the way to thailand and end up screwing girls elder than back home... Went to CM2 last night and had the most different, but thought provoking evenings ever. I was just at the bar area minding my own business, looking at what was on offer when a girl next to me accidently spilt some water on me. Immediately I thought, yeh here we go... but this girl was really sorry and it appeared to be a genuine accident. She was not attractive by any stretch of the imagination, perhaps a 3 at best if made up, but she wasn't, just wearing a white T-shirt - no make up. She spoke excellent English and it turned out she had been married to a French Embassy official, and had spent some years living in Europe. Sadly she has been diagnosed with a serious brain cancer and the doctors have given her less than a year to live. I felt really sorry, sad and even guilty at that particular time. I was looking for someone and here was a lady telling me these serious personal things. Her husband, the shit, had walked out on her after she was told that she was going to die. Over the next hour, she had several mood swings and confessed that even her best friend who was with her, didn't know about her cancer. I feel so guilty that I had a thought that she was maybe going to ask me for something (and no doubt some of you reading this feel the same), but she was genuine all right. She bought me drinks all night - that's a first, and then helped me to choose a girl for the night !! This turned out to be really funny, but at the same time, here was I having the best conversation I have had with a TG for a long time, but I was not interested in her physically because she was not attractive, no make up etc etc. We went out for seafood afterwards and she was very upset that I insisted on paying. With tears in her eyes she says that she wants to live every moment as it may be her last - and she told me not to tell her friend (who incidently want back with me for the evening). I had great difficulty in doing this - but she asked for that for a reason.
I really want to say that we all moan about, for example, CM2 being full of ex nana girls, or the drinks being expensive - but I have just had a reality check big time - this girl was so brave and will probably be there again tonight. Bros - be thankfull for what you have as no-one knows what is round the corner.
And if anyone happens to meet this lady in the near future, please tell her that the guy from London who gave her the friendship badge is thinking about her.
