Although I still go at every opportunity (for obvious reasons), I think what has happened to CM2 is a trifle sad. It used to be a disco which just happened to have a number of hookers who were easy to spot by their location and demeanour. Now it is a hookers club (a la Nana Disco). Result - "Nice" girls dont go there anymore and the atmosphere of the whole place has changed for the worse.

ah.. indeed sad guys, CM2 was indeed a great hangout a few years back, with a mix of hard core hookers for when you were desperate, but the chance of a 'fringe dweller, not quite a p4p yet' as well. I never minded the donation in the morning, but being quoted a price straight off, was an instant turn off / red card for me !
Think one has to venture out of the tourist scene a little, unfortunately clubs come and go at a rate of knots in Bkk, I always had plenty of joy at Hot Shot, Swan inn opposite, and Bow Gung Pow - or in fact most low grade nightclubs that were handy to some massage parlours, and/or catered to the blue collar workers, - you have to go friday or sat. night of course - and tip the doorman to seat you next to a bunch of factory working girls who are there for a friends birthday

prices are surprising to me.
4k or 5k even 10k?
When I went there 2 years ago I asked about 5 girls who much did they want and got response of 2.5K or 5k.
Not that much stunner but surely over 7.5 out of 10. My point is the price was negiotiable.
This time I wil lgo there and try to get a stunner at 3K. good luck to me.

And that is a bad thing why?
Lets face it: we all go to CM2 for the ho's. Why else would you go? The dreadful, suicide-inducing ear-pollution they have the audacity to call music? The hideous interior design? Bartenders who don't know a cup of piss from a whiskey? We go there for the ho's. Plain and simple. The fact that they are ALL ho's saves time in the selection process.
There was however, a pleasant surprise last Thursday, when the music in the boom-boom room was not the tire-some same old hip hop, but passable hard-house. The only downside was that the room was absolutely empty. Even at 1. It seems people (Thai and mongers a like) are just not ready for something a bit more challenging then "Where is the love?" and "California".
As for the pro's maundering the planes of CM2: talent is around. I'd say about 5-10 stunners a night and a whole bunch of passable sperm-buckets as well.
And for the mentally ill, there are still Siberian peasants stomping around near the bar in the back. One even approached me. It took me half a bottle of Chivas to get over that horrendous experience.
