It might be best not to have it together as early evening at GLOW wil be reserved for invites of press and TV. RT normally starts earlier and I am afraid that it will cause some conflict.
But, we might be able to do a similair thing on an other night around this date. Let me think ands I will keep you all posted!

last update on GLOW. roof and 4th floor are ready but these floors are not used for the bar so this will not really help us with the opening date. third floor : toilets, male and female (have a look at them as they are kind of special) and the kitchen are ready by this evening. the second floor will be ready be this saterday and the ground floor will be ready by sunday. the sound system will go in normally on tomorrow, latest saterday. that leaves us monday and tuesday to program the lighting and we are up and running. booze deliveries will be all done on monday so we are game for tuesday. this I can say with 95% certainty as you never know what might happen in the LOS.

i know they have one of the q bar barmen starting, he told me he had resigned to go and work there and even gave me the business card, so I will definitely stick my head in to support him.

As I have been a (irregular) visitor of the RT's it is not that I do not want to see you guys there, I hope that you all wil show up on any day after the soft opening. It is just that the organisers for the opening have set up a tight schedule for early evening so that we can show off GLOW to the outside world. We need the press and TV to get the name out!
The bar will at that time not be open for the public yet, reason that the RT will not fit in the schedule. We hope to have only press there at that time so that they have full opportunity to take photos, do interviews and sample our drinks.
So again, this is just part of the marketing plan and nothing against BTF. So better let this rest and focus on GLOW.
Just left the site and the crews are franticaly working to get all finished as soon as possible. As runner said, we working from top down at this moment and hope to finalise a floor a day from now forward. The neighbours have no rest, 24 hours work a day is going on....
Have to get back there now.....

I will, but not in a while... Then this club will maybe be major hotspot and I will have to know the owner to even get inside... You showed me some pictures of the club when I was in Bangkok, looked really... glowing.
