Guys I think I know whats happening,,,, now that the Aussie Dollar is worth more than the Swiss Francs all those Swiss are trying to switch allegance 
As for that story about Toxic,, LOL, I have to say the Thai lady accountant is one of the most efficient workers I have seen in my time in Thailand. The billing is correct 99.9% of the time ( How would she know that the bar-fine I paid for was mutually terminated by the Lass and myself,,, MY FAULT,, had her mixed up with a previous worker).
Toxic is a good bar, no matter if RTB is Swiss English or now converted to an Aussie. The staff are friendly, patient with farang drunks, service orientated and the bills from " Miss Accountant" are accurate.
What more do you want?
I think a lot of the problems come from farangs forgetting what they purchased, this has happened to me. I had questioned a bill previously and confirmed with a friend that the bill was 100% correct.

P.S If you think there could be a problem with drink Bill's, offer to pay at the completion of each "round", no problem with that.
