They changed their closing time now to something like 5-6 am now. In July, I remember them closing around 3 am and was surprised when it didn't close at 3 last night. Place was a little too packed for me. Probably just a weekend thing. Yes a little more light in there wouldn't hurt. I don't care for the servers in there basically pushing or cutting off customers as they are walking.

they really give you a free bottle of johnny red between 9pm and 11pm. just pay for mixers 550 baht.
be time there between 11pm and 1am, it was like 95%
tg's at that time. and the band was pretty good.
later it gets packed, almost to packed and to many dudes on weekends.

went to climax multiple times
seemed to be hopping most nights except sunday. the band there with the asian dude and sassy female singers are really good. I think I heard maybe australian. fun, good energy. the female singers and some of the girls in the club get on stage to dance and its pretty cute and sexy
lots of girls, quite a bit of guys, especailly on weeeknds/fridays. some young guns also, so can be a bit tougher go with the girls. but fun and friendly should be fine. and gives a bit more unknown factor. but many girls are already ther with their sponsor/BF/GIK/customer. watch the TG having fun, dancing up a storm, grab a drink, go with a mate as most girls are in groups. the lighting seems a bit better, more when the band is on stage, look behind you and you can see the girls pretty clearly more cuties now I think as club getting more popular.
the servers are ok, ambush at the door as the first drink is included with entry fee. they try to sell beers as your drink gets empty but ok to say no, or later.
closing at 2am these days- new police or something per BK. unkown how long it will last. this place really needs to open to 4am as place just rockin around 1 am
