Last night I went there and asked if I could see the inside before to pay the charge, answer was NO screamed on my face by the rude doorman....so I just told him "ok, I know now...no-one inside! bye bye!"

what killed it, IMO is that while angles was closed, the NaNa girls all started going to climax. and they didnt switch back once liquid opened.
plenty of places charge a cover, which is fine, as long as there are a lot of girls there i.e. climax, insomnia etc...

Agreed. Nana Disco, 6-9 years ago, was killer. I can't tell you how many amazing experiences came out of that place.
It's really disgusting the way that greedy fat f*** who ran it (owned it?!) ruined it...it had to already be a gold mine for him when it was 160 baht cover for farang (one drink)...and then he had to just keep edging it up until it was 400...outrageous. And at the same time, he directed his staff to treat the working girls in there--his f***ing lifeblood, for chrissakes!--more and more like total shit. The writing was on the wall.
On the one hand I'm glad to see that he failed (although I'm sure he's on a beach somewhere, laughing and rich on all his profits) at the venture, but I was also really sad to see that place go...everyone "voted with their feet," farangs and freelancers alike, and under the new management and format, it never recovered...

If what I saw the other night is any indication, the staff is now intructed to treat the farang like total shit....
screaming NOOOOO!!!! in the face of a customer who ask politely to have a glance at the inside of the disco before to pay the charge is not a really good way to treat customers is it?

Nana Liquid was quite a promising replacement of Angels Disco in it's early days... no entry fee, not overly crowded or stinky, good m/f ratio, all fine... I had some great late nights there... But now it seems to just loose against Climax, Insomnia and the new Bossy... Do the girls have to pay the entrance fee as well now? Angels didn't do that...

Seems a typical male response, they couldn't care less as long as you give them money. Knowing the place is lame has obviously set them against allowing a preview.
