It is a drinking bar with coyote dancers.
Open 6PM to 2 AM, special party every friday and saturday.

You don't need a map for this. It's on Ekamai Road (on the right hand side, if you're entering Ekamai from Sukhumvit), between sous 12 and 14. I passed by that place on a taxi a few weeks ago.
