I must agree with you. I have used this club to entertain foreign business associates, and they have been impressed by the "bricks & mortar" of the place.
There was about a five year span when I did not even go there. Recently I had some H K customers who were used to BBOSS in H K. To them Pegasus is a smaller version of the renowned H K establishment.
The one positive note I can say about Pegasus, is that the girls are medically tested monthly. They usually behave themselves better. Lastly, many speak decent English. Again, this is useful for entertaining clients, rather than looking for a good sex companion.
I have only had the pleasure of visiting Pegasus once. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit, comped by a generous board member. The place and atmosphere is spectacular, especially for westerners that have never been exposed to high end places like Pegasus.
I still tell my friends about my visit to Pegasus, they just can't imagine a place like that. It is something I will never forget. The private room, the expensive cognac, the Gone With the Wind Mansion look, the beautiful ladies, and my fine host. Just an unbelievable time.
The girl I took was fluent in Thai, Mandarin, Japanese and English. She was very knowledgeable and articulate, her company was stimulating in many ways. She often goes on business trips with foreign Asian businessmen. I would say she was in a way like a modern variation of an Geisha girl.
The sex was good and she was very proficient in the Japanese Porn sound effects during sex. I was her first farang. She gave me her mobile number.
On trips to BKK since this visit, I have planned to splurge and visit Pegasus. But, you know how plans go in LOS. Sometimes you have to throw expense out the window when you want to experience all the carnal pleasures in life!
I can see the need for membership in an establishment like Pegasus if your doing business in Asia.

Exactly my sentiment. I clearly stated in my posts that this place is overpriced. And Dr Love’s comments that the girls are not necessarily better looking. They are not acrobats in bed. But as you mentioned, if you want to splurge and experience a NON WESTERN atmosphere of this caliber - this is the place.
You also make a good point about the "sexual experience". In your case you found it satisfactory. I am not surprised! You can go to any establishment and find girls who do, and do not know what they are doing.
I must tell you a funny story. About ten years ago, I visited this place with many clients. It was a good investment and I have no apologies to make. The Papason (who has since passed on) asked me a favor. He had a girl there, that was a "stunner" she was supposed to be their biggest money earner; but every customer only took her out once. Peter, could not understand why, and asked me to bar fine her and take her out. Not meaning to disrespect my papason friend; and wanting to participate in this scientific experiment - I agreed to take her out.
I must tell you, I have traveled the world, and experienced it all; but I never had the pleasure of laying eyes on such a beautiful woman. There are not enough adjectives to describe this "8th wonder of the world'.
I practically jumped out of my pants! Now this was no youngster. She was 24 at the time, and apparently had been working at Pegasus for about 6 months.
She simply did not know how to make love. I doubt that even the great Dr Love would have succeeded in guiding this girl in the art of love making. I actually had pity on this lady and bar fined her two more times, and attempted in a fatherly manner to teach her - to no avail. I mean it; she simply was a terrible lover, and I doubt to this day she has improved.
So I must conclude and say, that one never knows how the 'sex' will end up no matter the venue or the beauty of the lady.
By the way the same could be said about men. I have been told by many ladies both in and out of Asia; that they have slept with some "cool guys" who were just bad in bed.
So don’t judge the quality of sex by the "bricks & mortar" of the local. Pegasus and such establishments are beyond a simple bump and run. Go there for a purpose; or just to experience this gaudy over the top environment. Just don’t get addicted.

What about the membership options these days?
Any real advantage to get a membership compared to simply go and pick a girl that you like?
I suppose the "pricing structure" has changed since the link was posted...and never thought about asking the membership options when I went there.

I would like to make a point about Pegasus. You can look up their website which lists all their membership options. I have a few suggestions.
A simple membership will not put you in the poor house. I for one am not a drinker. Thus, when I took out a membership, I requested that I receive more "credits" for 'bar fining' instead of bottles of alcohol. Some who prefer the ambience of the place versus bar fining can request more 'bottles of alcohol' instead of bar fine credits. Try and negotiate what works better for you.
I also find that if you want to keep your bill down, and only want to bar fine a girl for the night -- don’t go into the main area. Instead tell the Mamason or Papason -- whoever you deal with on a continuous basis (I work with a guy by the name of TAN) that you are only interested in taking out the girl, and you will not be charged for any drinks.
I recommend two girls: SOM and Shampoo. Both are experienced; speak great English, and are not afraid to have FUN both before and after sex.

Pachuko, did you check out the place after all? Apparently, it's still going strong, with mainly Japanese and Chinese clientele (from Hong Kong and Singapore). There are some Arabs too. I have not been there in a very long time. The mamasan which I knew had left that place, so I have not gone back there since she left. I hear that they have some interesting categories of girls now, in addition to the PR, Sideline and Models, there's the Super Star and Super Super Star. Apparently, you can take the latter (supposedly a Penthouse model), but at 20,000 B for LT!!

i actually did stop in on my last trip
they eliminated separate seating for lady categories
and the "non-take out/talking only" section
the "bowl" now consists of a single room
to the back left...all girls are wearing white
all mixed in together
the mama will tell you who is regular or model
and if you are not satisfied
they have some pics of the "super super" stars
IMHO, not any better looking
but they have resume (been in magazine, shows, etc)
i only went in for a drink to look at the talent
i will see if anything catches my fancy in a few weeks
when I return to the land...
