I think he's right about LOS being open-minded, but it cuts both ways
even though the LBs are tolerated in society here, many look down on them

If you've hung around here on BTF long enough, you know that there is not a shortage of intolerance. Any mention of a ladyboy and you will hear screams of "you're f***ing a guy" and "you are gay". That is just how this forum works.
Your question had nothing to do with a LB, but your past posts have said that your girlfriend is LB. And your signature gives it away as well. So every time you post, expect chest beating re: ladyboys. That is how BTF works! 
If you had posted under a different handle that does not mention that your girlfriend is a ladyboy, then you were likely to get intelligent answers from the same folks who take every opportunity to bash you (4 pages already!) A post by someone saying their TGF lost their phone would probably get less replies calling her an "opportunist, not-to-be-trusted skank".
