I think you're safe RTB....Remember years ago when that LB was fighting Muay Thai? Before the LB had the operation, they classed him as a man, so had to let him fight. I have always defined the term she-male to be synonymous with hermaphrodite. Either having genitalia of both sexes, or genitalia that is ambiguous.
They can either be TRUE hermaphrodites; a person born with both ovary and testicular tissue.
FEMALE PSEUDO; a person born XX with normal female internal organs but with masculanized genitalia.
Or MALE PSEUDO; a person born XY with testes (usually in the abdominal cavity). The external genitalia are usually female but can be ambiguous.
I don't consider most LBs to be she-males. They are males who want to be female. Either pre-op transvestites or post-op transsexuals.
I would imagine that there are some Thai hermaphrodites that live the life of a LB. But unless the LB is a female pseudo hermaphrodite where everything is female except for the presence of a penis, the LB is not a she.
