If it wasn't stolen he more likely sold his phone to his flatmate, whatever that may be. Or down at MBK. Or lost it. Or gave it to his Dad, if they're on speaking terms. Anyway he needs a new one, and RTB's bill of expenses looks accurate. Why not upgrade to an aircon room though and make it 5K? Ought to throw in some extra for UBC so he can have something to do each night while he's pining away for you.
