The last price I saw was THB 32,900 baht and THB 22,900 for the P800. Should be still available at Mahboonkrong.

P910 is also available in MBK, last week price was 39,000, in next 2-3 month, it should drop to about 34,000 to 36,000 baht range

You can get here in Thailand but not that cheap. Best thing to do, do not buy phones in Thailand. If you have too MBK is ok but go to other smaller markets and you can get second hand for allot less.
I your on the movre around other countrys PM me and I can tell you good places in Singerpor,Japan amd Phillipines to get it for alot cheaper.

Great information, really appreciated, looks like Bangkok is not the place to buy, unfortunately am not going to any other countries in the short term.

My experience is that handsets are pretty much the same price wherever you go these days, particularly for the newer models. I've been looking at the P900 also. It costs around A$1100 in Sydney, 40,000 pesos in Manila, around 30,000 baht in Thailand and 6,500,000 roops in Jakarta.
Much of a muchness really....

I'm in Singapore now; what places do you recommend? Is SIN cheaper/cheapest? I hear that UAE is also good for items such as mobile phones and watches.

Singapore is cheaper than Los or Dubai! Sim Lim Square is proably a good place to start and if you know your pricing should be able to get a pretty good deal! It is around about 1200 SGD for one with a plan here (little less than 28,000 Baht), so without a plan perhaps another $100-150 Sing.

Thanks for your help guys - eventually bought one at the MBK (near Siam Centre) cost 28500 baht. Bought it from a stall ran by a guy called"Top" - his phone number is 09-923-5393. He was very helpful.
