Have not been able to drink a Bloody-Bull or a Bull-Shot in a long time.
I am figuring that I will stock my own beef consomme at a couple of my fav. bars to have it after I show the barmen how to make it.
Problem is I have not seen canned beef stock anywhere in Thailand. Campbell and Heinz make it, but have not seen it the 2 or 3 times I have looked for it; I have only seen the chicken kind.
Has anyone seen canned beef consomme somewhere?
BTW, I know it is easy to make, but I am not the cook-at-home kind of guy. Besides it would make it more of a pain to carry and store at the bars.
