These are not items for the working class of Thailand, so not something that you will find on every street, and hence not necessarily cheap.
However a possible cheaper option is the area to the West of the National Stadium, lots of sporting goods shops there and probably your cheapest option.

I have bought several, you can get them in all Central departments stores, also Lotus probably has the biggest range and cheapest price.
Depends on the quality you want, but ChitLom Central has a lot, go to the sporting section, but like I said, they are probably twice the price as Lotus, but quality ????
I buy them for the kids to play with, they hit the ground and all, so they dont last to long.
