Just want to let you know of some planned changes which are coming soon (could be in the next few days or a couple of weeks from now).
1) There will be no more pips under your name. The status of the member doesn't tell you anything. In fact, it just gets into the members' head. One's seniority on the board does not mean, you know more than the virgin to the board (who could have been living in this kingdom for ages, for example).
2) Instead, you will be able to give yourself any title you want. No more virgins, oily masters, soapy slaves, etc. unless of course you elect those titles yourself. You will be able to enter any title you want...well, almost, there will be a limit of number of characters of course.
3) After monitoring the board for quite a while, I have noticed that it is highly unusual for a member to create more than one thread per day, so, this limit will be established soon. Currently the creation of one thread/day limit is for "Virgins", it will be for all from now on.

Good idea BK. Anything to get rid of the superiority complexes. Mind you I wish I hadn't read this post straight away, as I am having trouble concentrating on the other topics... too busy thinking what "title" to give myself.

Along the same lines of what is said above, perhaps also take out the date when people joined the forum -which now appears in every single post at the bottom left.

Another good idea Smegs -- anything to 'level the playing' field as it were. ŬI mean right now I could attack a newbie with "hey asshole I have more dots than you", if the dots go I may just resort to "hey you newbie asshole I joined a year before you"... so yeah, I like the --no outward signs-- bit.
