As a general rule, if both the website (bangkoktonight.com) and the forum (bkkx.com) are slow or unavailable, the problem is with the user or a server somewhere between the user and the backbone of the internet. tracert shows them to be not with the same hosting company.
If just one of the two is bad, and it happens to more than one user, it could be the host machine is having trouble, the host is changing out servers or something like that.

But that would knock the board offline for everyone and it hasn't missed a beat (from my perspective) since BK resolved the server issues several months ago.
