H-S, Yes, I think we are in a good phase lately. But as you say that could change with the next moon phase  . And yes, I also I thought of you and X when I read BAR reply. That provided for some good unintended fun at the time. X are you there? Remember?
BTW, H-S, you say you always spell check. Is there a spell check function in this forum. Damn if there is, as it would certainly make me feel stupid for not having found it.
And yes, you are right. My mother tongue is Spanish. As I have said in other posts, I learned English as an adult and for that reason some obvious mistakes keep popping up -like the e before the s-. Now I am living in Thailand, and I am finding learning Thai more difficult than what learning English 15 years ago was.

It may not be important to you but getting a better understanding of who I am communicating with, or verifying a claim made by one member against another member is important to me.

Sauron will probably be grinning and snickering when he reads this knowing that once an accusation is made, true or not, others will, over time, begin to look for evidence that it is true. Believe what you want to believe but then again were I to actually be doing what Sauron accuses me of, wouldn't the Search function be sufficient already?

Nope, there isn't a spell check here, but I am a little compulsive about spelling, and I double check infrequently used words with an on-line dictionary.
My brain still can pick out suspect spellings, but can't always come up with the right one. ÝSo I cheat a bit...
Thai is WAY tougher than English for other romance language speakers. ÝI figure I'll get fluent just in time to forget why I started it 
I'm tired...time for bed.

...so I'll just say I think Smeg and HS have done some fine especulation. And despite what he may believe (ahem!) I agree with HS that one shouldn't take the forum that seriously. No matter how worked up I may appear to get, ALL of my posts are off the top of my head and without a great deal of premeditation for that very reason.

As I pointed out, I have no insight into all of that, and will reserve any comment until the 'cockroaches begin to scurry'.
I think Smegma echoed my question, though, wondering what makes you take all this so seriously.
While not sufficient to draw any conclusions, I merely point out that a possible explanation is a 'mission' on your part.
I'll allow that a certain siege mentality obtains when we are attacked: I have possibly lost a valuable friend here over just such an incident. ÝBut it does raise a flag in my head to see such weapons being gathered.

By the way, what are you doing with ESPECULATING. Are you trying to steal my fun? It was me me me who wrote it first with an "e" and then ammended it. Last thing I need now is for it to become the cool misspellling in vogue in the forum. Maybe I have to go back and re-edit again to show the autentic original mistake

To prevent the need for that what I do is keep one foot frimly planted in my mouth and then that way all I have to do is change feet. No surgery needed and it saves me tons of money in medical bills!
