This question has been ask many times but I have no experience or in the position to answer. Anyone out there can enlighten on this issue. When someone consume beer before or after. Can he takes Viagra? Is there any bad effect?

I've consumed a few beers before taking the Big V. One or two beers, no problem after a few might as well not take it.

From Pfizer's datasheet on Viagra
"VIAGRA (50 mg) did not potentiate the hypotensive effect of alcohol in healthy volunteers with mean maximum blood alcohol levels of 0.08%."
While I realize that doesn't directly apply to your question, it does show they tested Viagra and alcohol together. I wouldn't construe this as an endorsement but I think it implies you should be okay.

There is one consideration. Often its sold in 100 mg pill form. That is a real hard thing let loose, if your blood pressure is high, and/or spirits involved. You are ok I suppose to try half first then the other half if no heart palpatations happen. A heart irregular beat, and inability to come are reported side effects. But I havent had much problem as a 40 year old average fitness, with beer gut, and a ten drink goal most nights on holiday. Just drink alot of water daily, and eat something before sex like a sandwich. Then eat the stuff.
