In need of physio.

2 days ago I threw my neck out, the one between the head and shoulders not the one between belly button and knee.

The pain is severe and had numerous trips to my physio person in OZ. Brought over with me Panadeine Forte which is helping a little bit, jels taking no effect and trying to get MP girls to massage the spots is difficult, they do not comprehend my instructions.

It is muscles in the neck and is hard to look up or look sideways. I have done a search and physio is not mentioned anywhere. Asked some locals and cannot help with any info. It may be a trip to the hospital if this message fails.

Thanks guys
Barrafish.

I do know a fella, but he is in Kata, Phuket.
If you are in that much pain it could be worth a trip down to him.
I can recommend him 100% he has been sorting me out for the last 5 years and works wonders.
PM me if you want to dsee him

Sorry M8, can't help with the referrals to Psyios etc., but it wouldn't hurt (555!) to get a check up and possible X-ray from Bumrungrad Hospital just to be sure nothin' bad has occured. Sometimes the muscles can pull you so far outa kilter that other bits get painful as a result!

If they say, "Take it easy. Two asprin and rest a lot" etc., then that's prolly the cure but it will take time if my experience is anythin' to go by.

Cheerio
PS: Does this mean your gona stop the FRs then?

A mate of mine goes to a Chiropractor, rather than a physio - but maybe that's what you need.

Dr Don on Suk Soi 23. Tel: 02-2580350. A guy called Christophe is the best one there.

My mate has a lot of trouble with his back and goes quite often. Always seems a deal better afterwards.
(But if they were really any good he'd be cured right?).

I'll highly recommend Dr. Oat...a Thai who lived in the US and obtained a university degree there before obtaining his DC (Chiro) credentials at one of the best USA chiro colleges. He is completely fluent in Thai and English. Not one of those 'rack 'em and crack 'em' old time chiros. His office is at 89/4 Soi-38, about a kilometer from Sukhumvit. Phone 02-392-1400, 02-381-7758

With regards to chiros being 'any good he'd be cured right'...is a statement without merit. Many maladies are resolved...but some people have such chronic injuries they can never be completely resolved. Similarly, it would be meritless to say a patient takes their MD prescribed meds for heart disease, AIDS, etc, etc..and they should be cured, right?

Barrafish as a few of the guys said I would also suggest you head to the hospital and get them to have a look at it if it is causing that much trouble. If you have caused some damage to your back and you get some luni to start jumping up and down in it you could be in a world of shit. I would also add I am no doctor although I do have a lot of experiance in the trauma field so this is just my view.

Thanks fellas, some good info and will follow up. Bum Hosp is just down the road so will check it out. Chiro is the other good option.

FR's will still be coming, only had a normal fix yesterday morning and BBBJ last night. The girls are understanding and helpfull.

Barrafish.

Bum hostpital is good but some doctors is not so good. PM me and I will give you the name of a good one you can go to. She does the best needle in the back I have for a long time. And I am not talking acupunctur and all that. Deep needle in the muscle hurt as hell but it helps.
