not wanting to put a dampner on this thread but my medical training is urging me to make this comment. Viagra or generic forms of viagra can be dangerous to certain risk categories of people. Start wih smaller doses first rather than a whole tablet. Becareful of contra-indications and be aware of side effects. The reason being that I treat a 30 yo guy last week who had suffered from serious heart complications following just 1 viagra...the week before that I was in Amsterdam and an older guy walked out of a dutch kramer (girls window) and fell down dead following a bad complication with a generic for of viagra.
Play with these pills with care and dont overdo it! 95% of users should be fine provided they dont have any drug-drug interactions.

Have tried generic Viagra B4 and the only issues I have had are that it had no effect apart from a slightly fatsr than normal heart beat. WHich is why Iwas hoping to try ciallis.
Have no fear, I respect drugs - they need to be taken with care.

Cialis and Levitra are pretty much a variation of the same drug. Levitras active ingredient is verdenafil. Recommend splitting 1 levitra 20mg pil into 2-4 parts (one dose each part). Cialis active ingredient is tadalafil. According to clinical trials this pill has a longer half life than levitra and so may be more effective for longer.
Duration for cialis (up to 36 hours), duration for levitra (4 hours). Cialis has a faster absorption rate and so will take effect within 20 minutes, thats about 20 minutes faster than levitra. However Cialias has more hyper/hypo-tension related contraindications.
Ultimately, Viagra and Levitra are similar in effectiveness whilst cialis is usually given to patients suffering from more severe penile dysfunction.

Stand in front of the gas station at Soi 4 & Suk. Start walking towards the Marriott hotel... a couple metres from the gas station on your left there are two pharmacies side by side, 1 small & 1 large. If you see that blue pool bar you have walked right by them.

Don't know if your from U.S. but if so, most 99 cent stores sell personal lube much cheaper than in BKK.
If that doen't work, almost every Circle K in BKK has Durex "Top Gel" 50 ml tubes along with the condoms right at the front counter
