Hi guys,
it is just a week that I am back and my work routine has not left enough time to post my FRs.
But as this is an important topic, I have to throw in my 2 cents.
I have never had any problems in LOS with BBBJs, I knew it is a risk, but without a BBBJ what is left from a good session?! 
So I arrived in BKK for a meeting and the first night I ended up picking a FL frm Nana car park that I knew already.

Monday I arrive in Khorat and I am happy to see my TGF.
On Tuesday I think WTF??? 
Well, I will spare you the details, but diagnosis was a Gonorrhea/Chlamydia combination. 
For the first time in 25 yrs. I had to use antibiotics and this worked well, as well for my TGF.
I had a check this week and so did she, we are clean again... 
Still this made me aware of the risks that linger out there for us bros and maybe I will refrain from my beloved BBBJs.

Sorry to hear about your encounter and momentos of your trip. As for me, as long as the chances are low and anti-biotics will work, I'm bareback [edit in: oral only on the bareback]. My wish is that your story will influence ALL other punters to start wearing their raincoats so that I have no chance of catching anything. Until something worse comes along, BBBJ for me.

I'll put in my two cents as well. Been in LOS for almost 10 years and have always enjoyed BBBJs. As with mots things in life all things must come to an end. 3 to 4 days after a session at a well-known MP here in Bangkok, during which I partook of a BBBJ I started to get a burning and itching. Oh Man!
Went to the doctor today, Thank God! It's not the Clap but definetly an infection (albiet non-specific). A week of antibiotics for me and one hell of a scare.

Actually, a yellow tongue ( thick coating) could be "Oral Thrush" or Candidosis. A yeast infection in the mouth. Might not be any big deal, maybe she just had some antibiotics (which can trigger an outbreak), or she's diabetic, or has Aids (chronic Candidosis can be an early symptom), or maybe she just doesn't have a clue about oral hygiene and hasn't brushed her teeth or tongue in a month or two. Maybe she's dehydrated and has a white tongue, but you're in some crap bar and think it's yellow.
Either way, I'd pass on her as well. Yeasty buildup or the thought of it just doesn't do it for me.
