I can recommend Yanhee Hospital - been there a few times, and was moderately impressed. It's a bit out in the 'sticks' (though, not that far), and doesn't have the 'hotel atmosphere' of Bumrungrad - but the doctors are competent, and the place is very professional - it also appears to specialize in aesthetic enhancement and plastic surgery.
...and the prices are much below Bumrungrad's.
