My haircut costs me 60 baht - but that's in Phuket. My barber does a terrific job and takes about 20 minutes to give me a No.4 trim which used to take 5 minutes in Melbourne and cost me $20.

Go to Cat, at the top of the escalator on the Nana BTS station (soi 8 side of Sukhumvit). She has won a number of hair design competitions, gives great service, and ain't half bad to look at. Same-same her girls.
Some may remember her from the Ambassador food court at Ross Beauty Salon. When they closed the venue, she started her own shop at the Nana BTS, and seems to be doing quite well.
Not for cheapskates, high average prices, but truly jai dee.

i think I got this a long time ago from another brother. The Regent (now the four seasons) has a great barbershop. Real pros at 290 baht and they give u fresh orange juice and a little shoulder massage to boot!!!

150 baht for a hair cut. I walked in and said "make me look good." She did a good job. Uses a straight razor for cleanup work, which had me a bit nervous.
