Having just returned from another tour of duty in BKK, I can answer my own question the last post in this thread and hopefully might be of use to some guys.
Both Cipro and Zithromax/azithromycin are available from many pharmacies on Suk without prescription but are cheaper to buy direct from Boots pharmacy close to soi 10 on Sukhumvit and you know they are real and not out of date.
I stocked up as a preventative measure should the worse happen,the pharmacist was very helpful and informative and spoke perfect English in Boots and the antibiotics were cheaper than the dodgy pharmacists.
She wouldnt sell any of the boner enhancing tablets without prescription but they were freely available at el dodgy pharmacy cant remember the name but in a little precinct on Suk as you turn right out of soi 10 towards boots etc opposite a Pizza place, Viagra, Cialis,Levitra and generics all could be had.
