Nope, not ripped it but have a couple of buddies who have. One left it and has no concerns, another got it cleaned up with some minor surgery (not full circumcision)
If you have any pain or cant stand the way it looks...get it cut...
..if you can live with it...do. the BGs may actually like it...novelty value and all that.
