Excellent place, specializing in plastic surgery - been there with a TG that wanted her breasts done. The doctor was professional, the place was clean, they have a high turnover, and all the 'results' of their work sitting in the hallways looked absolutely good 
I had my teeth cleaned while I was there - great job. Standard breat enlargement (under the armpit, over/under muscle) cost $1,000 (44,000 Baht).

Well I guess choosing a cheaper option bring her to the situation where now she is forced to remove the previously done implant.
Mind you, removal or reconstruction procedures could be more complicated, delicate and sesitive then the orginal one.
Advise her not to play with her health. Bumrungrad is the best option for her in whole SEA.

Talking about YaHee my ex did her boobs there, nice job, but if I remember the right figure, she paid 55k and not 44k. I been there myself once with another friend, clean and nice, just a bit far from the center. Will check with them. I believe nose job/removal should cost about 15000 baht, not more. Anyone to confirm?

the figure I have in mind for yanhee hospital is 50k for breast and 20k for nose, stomach flattening 60k - 90k, body fat reduction 20-50k, vagina reduction 20k.
prices seem to be very flexible and are all depending on how the doctors are judging your monetary capabilities.
