This place is now open for business, though it is clear that they still have construction going on - small bits and pieces, and nothing that affected the experience for me..
I turned up at around 6.00pm - lobby same as the old place, but nobody at the reception counter downstairs when I arrived. I was about to leave when papasan arrived, assured me that the place was open and led me upstairs.
Upstairs is a large, nicely furnished room, with a couple of sets of couches and seats for punters to sit at, a reception desk, and a separate set of couches in the distance where the girls sit. I was offered a drink - I had water so no idea on beer prices.
Menu on the table offeres a big range of spa and massage packages, but at the back there is the simple oil massage, 400 for an hour, 600 for 1 1/2, 800 for two hours. I chose an hour and was then asked to pick my girl.
Overall there were eight or nine girls on offer, and a fair mix from ones I would avoid like plague but a couple of girls who were certainly cute enough.
I chose Tai, who suited me (everyone to their own) and went up to a nicely, newly refurbished room - big bed, good size room, nice shower, all tiled and well done.
The massage business was pretty good - Tai doesnt speak much english but I speak Thai so no problem. She used to work in Rachada (at Natalie I think) and some of the other girls have been pulled in from there. massage culminated in a erotic massage between my legs whilst I was on my stomach before flipping me over. I was hard at this point, and we talked about special. Usual prices; 500/1000/1500, I went for BJ at 1000, covered (I didn't ask for BBBJ) and she did a pretty good job of that; using both hands on balls and crack.
Overall they have go nice facilities and a fair range of girls which should keep most people satisfied.

Had my second visit here today; mid afternoon so the place was quiet. Further to my last report, the couch with the girls has now gone, replaced by a whole bunch of tables so its like being in a restaurant; no idea why, but maybe they will do food or something?:
Girls gone, but book of photos now in place. MOst girls I recognised from the website and most were available (except the one I wanted most - typical!). So the website is up to date. HOwever, as always photos are a bit flattering - the girl I had today looked much better in 2 dimensions than three.....

Was at Thonglor on Suk 24 yesterday and many of the girls on the web site for this place were being offered as providers at Thonglor - I had one of the girls featured. So agree, not sure what the arrangement is.

I believe they have common ownership.
Also, when in Luxury etc. often the girls are not actually there - but are called in by mobile phone. Once I was asked to wait ten minutes - which I guess is long enough to get a bike over from soi 24....

I patronized also this estabilishment and had a real good time!
The massage itself is up a flight of stair,door on your right and has a nice lounge area with elegant sofas,don't forget it is a SPA and serves also couples,as my masseuse told me,yeah right!
Usual album selection,when I went there most of the stunners were busy or on holiday,,,but my choice was good enough.standard prices in the line of many other OM places around sukhumvit.
Nice new rooms with shower facility decorated with cozy Angkor style statues on the walls of the box.
