I've always liked the name of this 'oily'., although, logically, I feel that 'Tulips' should have been reserved for an exclusively bj bar.

went to Tulip yesterday around 5pm. Since all of my "regulars" (Nong, Yok, C and a few others) were either busy or still on holiday, I opted for "Ben". Ben looks ok and has a good body (small upstairs) but is most defenitely not a superstar in the performance department. She was nice enough but nowhere near the ones I mentioned earlier (YMMV). Cut the 2 hours short to one.

Many many many offer it and if they don't offer it, all it takes is a little bit of whining from the punter: she will eventually give in.
The problem is that these ladies might have been scared the first time(s) but seeing as nothing happened (that they know of) they carry on doing it, oblivious to the risks.
