Not a massage parlor.
It's a pub with girls for hire 90 minutes at a go and rooms upstairs for action.
Massage parlors are legal and licenses are expensive.
Number One may be licensed as a pub but the rest is off the books.
All FB regarding this place on this forum has been bad to indifferent.
There is some slight indication that the No1 management has taken steps to improve at least the looks of their staff, if not the level of experience/skill.
But no one from here seems very inclined to go find out.

Thanks, I had that kind of feeling also, especially looking at the website they have, so in simple terms, just a shack place like any other "normal" bar..

rooms at number one are actually very nice. especially the ones with some build in gimmicks like a ST. Andrews cross, lots of mirrorsand other stuff.
problem to me was the selection of girls which can be a bit timid to my taste. but i like them small sized and young, so for guys who fancy bigger sizes and girls in the mid twenties it might a real nice place to go!

Sauron, when you say massage is legal and licenses are expensive. Just how expensive are they, I thought they were not issued anymore.
Are you talking about massage as in the every day massage place you see on every street, or the large massage bath houses such as CP2 and so on. What is the difference in license classification and cost for both these type of places. Anybody know ?

If it's the place I am thinking and it sounds like by the description of hardware included in some of the rooms. It;s just up from Bumrungrad hospital towards Suk, but before Happy house alley then it changed a year or so ago. It is a 7 Eleven now. It was called Number one guesthouse and pub I never heard of it having any massage aspect too it. I ate breakfast there regularly in the early days.

If my memory serve me correctly. Some farang owner try to make it a g-club but it only lasted no more than one year and closed.
