My criteria for a BJ bar is that the service must be available at the bar or in the general seating area.
Some others, with no particular ranking order:
Rose Bar and Star of Love (formerly Lady Night) are both on Patpong, same side as Kangaroo.
After Skool (now Sunshine) and Toy Bar, both on Soi Cowboy, both better known as grope bars or HJ places, but BJs are also usually on the menu.
Rose Mary, second floor of Nana, although I think they may have toned down the menu there.

True...sometimes you don't even have to order a special. lolitas is well down on quality right now. And all the bj bars in pattaya (with the exception of golden girls the one with glasses) is bad also. The rates are same same as two years ago. A new bj bar with quality girls, would make a killing.
