Ahh I see you did not get it. So let me explain: since TL is prety much empty these days (or else you would not see any promos), me thinking its a fair deal to pay two weeks, at 14K bhat, for one night at a suite with Toxic girls. I wont stay at the TL regular room for the other 13 nights of course, though I "officially" pay for them and have the regular room available....  I usually stay at 5* joints, and a "regular" TL room at an end of a soi with shower only is not my style. Given Toxic may not be busy these days as well, me thinking its a good deal for RTB too... hey 14K Bhat is a lot of money for such...
Check the economy news: http://www.bangkokpost.net/011108_Business/01Nov2008_biz25.php drop of 16.5% in tourists for September, at a total of 900,000. As the economy gets worsen in the West, more will cancel or wont even make plans to go (September may have seen a drop because of the political situation, but that is nothing compared with what the economy situation effect that could happen next year or even at high seasson this year).

That you do not like the hotel and choose not to use the room for the other 13 nights is irrelevant to the TL. As far as the hotel is concerned, you are using the room because it must have it blocked for you.
Same like trying to not pay a girl because you were too drunk and couldnīt come. Not her problem.

It just shows that what you are saying now is totally different from what you first said.
You did say this "RTB it would help if you offer a freebie of one night with your girls for every 2 weeks booking of the standard room." Right?
The way I read that is: book (use) 2 weeks, and then get one free day in a suite with girl included.
Now what you are saying is that you will be happy to pay THB 14,000 for just one night at the suite with one of the girs. To me those are two very different things.

In specials you need get someone to buy something feeling they get a very good deal. Sometimes you buy something you do not really must have but you like the freebie (e.g. going for a trip for miles, status, room nights etc.). I may not be the only one to suggest that, could be others that will like such a promo, and this could help TL/Toxic, but it sure sounds nicer if the offer is to book 2 weeks and get to spend one night with Toxics girls in a suite special. Better than just saying to buy the Toxic girls for the night, buy a suite and enjoy - no specials here as one can always do such. This is called marketing and I bet others wont care about the TL regular room and will just take the one night with the girls... . Now if someone will insist to spend 2 weeks in that tiny TL regular room fine... you should not mind, as hotel is not that full anyway (same principle of giving "free" award tickets, its all included and usually takes those seats that otherwise may be empty). OK, this is clearer now I hope...
You know, all these specials are never free, this is just marketing....

Not necessary so, if someone insists to stay 2 weeks in the TL regular room (and survives that long...) so be it, not much of a problem when the TL hotel is empty anyway, and has rooms... indeed that will then be a good bonus to get Toxics girls for "free" but remember the rooms would have gone empty anyway.. so value is only in getting the girls while cost of getting the TL regular room is negligable for the TL/Toxic business...... Toxic is in this together with the TL, because such a person spending that long (2 weeks) is sure to pop for a few drinks at the convinient Toxic bar, at least a few nights of the 2 weeks he stays there... so more revenues...
But why do you think that even paying 14K B for a night with all the girls of Toxic and in a suite is not something guys want? Are Toxic girls that bad looking... ??!
Either way, the math works the same... I see you do not get this deal though... I am sure you have been subject to similar marketing promotions and you did not even notice it, as they represented a value for you one way or another but not the same cost propotions for the business. Learn what marketing is all about...
