Have just seen there posts in the Promotions section, as I've never heard the place mentioned on the board I did a search, only found one on internet connections.
Has anyone stayed there?
How about a report if you have.
There web site looks interesting with lots of cuties hanging around on party nights, I wonder if they hang around on other nights.
Rates don't look to bad and there's an discount for forum members just mention BKKToNite.

If you mean the joint on Soi 33, it is a good spot.
There are some very pretty girls there.
The food...is sometimes on the money, other times, not quite. Some dishes are very good, the fixed price "steak Diana" is not so good, or at least, was not the night that I tried it. Their Thai dishes are very well executed.
It is an honorable place, never had any difficulties with a bill there. The waitstaff can be too good, hovering too much, when you just want a little space and privacy.
It can be very enjoyable to sit out by the pool. They have a second room with a nicer pool table in it, which is not often open unless they need the space for overflow, or someone wants to use it for a private or semi-private party.
I have never stayed there, but would, and plan to do so, someday.
The management is excellent. I know the German guy who runs it, he is a fine gentleman, and very hospitable.
I realize that this is probably not what you were looking for, but I do patronize the place on occasion, and know it well.

I stayed there not long after it opened, they where still getting "into gear" so to speak so my information is a little stale. Great location in Soi 33 a few Meters from Lotus Novotel. Room I had was small & IMHO no great value for money, this may have changed. I am told they have a range of room sizes. The Room it self was quiet, clean & in good condition with an interesting or unusual designed (Africanish) Bathroom.
The Hotels facilities included a very nice pool and good restaurants.
The place was Guest friendly BUT they had a sign warning of charges for Joiners, didn't seem to implement this though! Food was pretty good and they where liberal with the timing for Breakfast!!! The Staff where pretty good. I thought there pricing about 25-30% to high!

Please allow us to add some information after the latest replies:
First: We don't have "Steak Diana" on our menu, and we are pretty sure about the quality of our steaks (Argentinian Angus)...but of course there are differences in quality depending on the chef who is cooking, and it needs some time to stabilize the quality of food in a restaurant - no question about that.
We have 4 room categories, some are smaller, some bigger, some have Jacuzzis and balconies, all that is built into an old Thai residence using the existing room structures, and additionally we added a new part to the building with 8 superior rooms.
All room rates include breakfast AND internet (wired/wireless). And our internet access is really fast.
Livingstone's Lodge is located in Soi 33, in the middle of the hostess bar area. Most of our customers are business and leisure travelers - we DEFINITELY DO NOT CHARGE any joiner fees.
We are strictly committed to the concept of a boutique hotel with individual treatment of each customer. We know them by name. For that you might have the impression that our pricing is high, but - Soi 33 is not Soi Nana.

Thanks for the replys guys and thanks Livingstones management for entering into the discusion.
I have tried a lot of hotels in the Sukhumvit area, I trend to choose hotels depending on my length of stay.
Rembrandt Suites is great for longer stays as you have a kitchen for elevenses and early morning coffees etc. Short stays are going to be in something like Majestic Suites, but I'm always interested in a hotel especialy if it's right in the entertainment area.
Stayed in the Jasmin when it first opened, the rates were a lot lower than they are now, plus I've heard some bad reports on the staff not being very friendly.

thanks for all the replies, and thanks to the webmaster of this forum for allowing us to publish more information about Livingstone's Lodge in this thread.
As requested: the room rates for the room category:
Superior: 1,800.00 ++
Deluxe: 2,600.00 ++
Junior Suite: 3,200.00 ++
Executive Suite: 4,000.00 ++
Prices include breakfast and internet access (!).
Deluxe rooms, Junior Suites and of course the Executive Suite have usually jacuzzis and balconies, but due to the fact that the rooms were built into an existing villa the layout differs for each room.
Two rooms have double jacuzzis.
If groups are booking we discuss a deal - please contact the management.
Satellite TV: we provide the South African Super Sports (Multichoice). In the moment 11 channels (sports, news, movies). Soon 26 channels (UBC).
As mentioned:
Internet Access included in the room rates, ASDL, wired and wireless in all rooms.
