I suggest hitting the bars and clubs well further up Suk on Thonglo (Soi 55) or Ekamai (Soi 63). Lots of cool bars are sprouting up in these areas.
Is that, soi 55 & 63, near the bigger disco's Dance fever (i think it was two of them and a large outdoor-restaurant) ?
She do know that there is a P4P scene, she just dont understand how it looks like. Thats why I wanna keep her away from NEP, Cowboy etc.
Damm it, ain't it any area besides whole Sukhumvit to take her...?
I just have to play it cool a few days and then she's gone - WoooW

Thonglo and Ekamai are not close to Dance Fever. They're far enough up Suk, and easily accessible by the Skytrain, that it shouldn't be a problem for your purposes. One problem about going to Dance Fever and other discos around Ratchada is that they're near the huge MPs on Ratchada. Try explaining those places to your GF.
Another idea is to take her to Patpong. Seriously, a friend of mine did this with his GF. You say your GF knows there's a P4P scene in BKK, so show it to her. She'll see that it's overrun by tourists, packed by people mostly shopping for fake watches, DVDs and purses, with obnoxious hawkers for a fairly benign-looking go-go scene. Then walk up to the Silom Soi 4 bars for an evening of drinking and dancing. She'll think Patpong is just a tourist trap and no one in their right mind will go there.

1) clubs i've been to on Khaosan Rd are Lava (R&B-hip hop) and The Club. One Irish pub with a live band (i think) there as well.
2) Zantika on Ekamai, between soi7 and soi9. It has been described as a 'hiso' nightclub, with a lot of upper-middle-class Thais and some foreigners. Some truth in that. Good live band.
It's a huge building with a large parking lot.
You might want to go with a larger group, especially with Thai friends. Or not, it's ok too.
3) Trendy-uni student pubs/clubs like 'Sawng Sulung', in an odd-numbered soi off Thong Lo. Sorry can't remember the no. but is near Liberty Plaza at the end of Thonglor (bordering New Petchburi), where there's a whole bunch of similar pubs/clubs. The Bombay Bar is my personal favourite. Walking distance (abt 10 mins) between these two groups of places.
4) Also on Thonglor: Witches' Tavern for more expensive drinks and live jazz, and Haven bar for the open air experience with food, and is a nice chillout place.
5) yes, I know it's off Suk (soi 18), but you can check out the Rembrandt Hotel's Senor Pico restaurant, with live Cuban band every night except Monday. Closes at 1am.
Bear in mind that 2) and 3) are mainly places where many, if not most people - in true Thai style - just groove in their seats, or dance in small groups around their own tables. It'll be an interesting 'cultural' experience for your GF I think. Sawng Sulung is one exception...there is a dance floor/area, and it is always packed.

That I will do, for shure!
For any interested in the subject my plan is as follow:
1. Start at Koh San road and Lava club to soften her up
2. Patpong - to show her that tourist trap "look baby, Fun hugh?"
3. Q bar or send her home and run straight to NEP
