See the Blue wave, formerly in front of the Ambassador, about to open a big new pool bar/restaurant next to the Marriott [ between Suk 2/4] allowing there will be a much larger selection of girls in nearby Nana plaza, and GT [Gullivers tavern] is not far away and similar theme / prices but more up-market, I think the venue may struggle ; still, no doubt some expense has gone into it ....

No word BK, see they advertising for staff - but doubt the 4-5,000 a month will attract many workers from Nana plaza ! - See a farang outside last week 'overseeing' - Figure him to have invested plenty !

Floor staff, i.e. waitress/rackgirl right?
The place might have a chance since it fronts Sukhumvit but it will still be a challenge since most traffic to/from Soi 4 either crosses Sukh at the junction or from the high-numbers. Walk-ups will be a problem so I hope they have a marketing budget and can build repeats.

Was in here last night, they had a good crowd for most of the night and the band was actually kinda good. A friend told me it is the same owners as the 'factory' and the frogs from mandarin and silver dragon. Which would explain why it was so damn hot in there last night, miserable cheapo frogs saving on electricity. But the tables being new are very fast, problem is that so many girls from nana go or will go in there, that I was a nervous wreck by the end of the night, almost took up smoking.

I walked past there a few days ago and the band was pretty bad, but this may have been warm-up time or another band may be playing now.
On the right side of the building are enough air conditioner compressors to cool all of Sukhumvit, so I guess they just need to turn them on.
The restaurant on the second floor appears to be near opening they were advertising for workers including a Pizza cooker. Maybe this will be a good spot in the future for some good pizza?
