I think they're talking about The Penthouse Club that's been running full page ads in the papers for the past week or so. The address shown in the ad is 25/F Le Concorde Tower, Rajchadapisek and gives a customer service number 02 694 1818.
Any more details/reports?

its located at 25th Floor of Le Concorde Building, (merchant court hotel) . The club is divided into two sections. Its a lounge type of club, but divided into 2 scenarios. The right side as you enter is similar to Orbit, and oh yes there are cute dancers. Didnt actually spend much time there, since was on the other side - which is the Karoake rooms. They have many rooms in which private parties can be organized , 2000 for the Karoake room , and you can choose the girls , its very private and nice! Check it out guys..!

Had a chance to go to Penthouse entertainment club in Ratchada. As Jitu has stated. they are dancer on one side with set up similar to Orbit (albeit, smaller floor space). And the other side is KTV set up. The quality of Dancer is not as good as Orbit or Club 20. The quality of the PR girl is average, did not see any stunner there. However this club has just open, therefore the number of the girl and quality will change as time goes. ( almost all the club has a very high turn over rate). I would recommended as a place to check out as the view is very nice.
